In order to fully understand the benefits and complexities of homeownership, we require our homeowners to take homebuyer education through our provider eHome America. After completion of the course, you’ll be given information to connect with a Certified Housing Counselor to discuss any questions you have about the course and complete the live counseling component. At the end of counseling, you’ll receive your Homebuyer Education Certificate showing your successful completion of the requirements. Please show your certificate to the affiliate you're purchasing your home from, so that they know you've completed this required step of your home buying process.
